I own at least 10 back braces. This is the most comfortable back brace one that I have! I love that it's available in different sizes. I've purchased other braces that are so big I feel like I'm wrapping myself like a mummy. 
This brace is perfect! It's snug and supportive in all of the right places. It stretches %26 moves with me, while I work. The shape of it feels like a mini hug for my back. 
I was expecting white, but received grey. That's ok with me. It'll hide any wear, better. 
I'm almost 50 and have suffered with back issues, for the past 15 years. I also have RA. I'm an avid gardener and do landscaping for people. I need a brace that will support my back, while allowing me to move %26 be comfortable. This one checks all of those boxes. I recommend it!

I previously tried a different brand back support that felt uncomfortable so I decided to give this one a try. This one is very comfortable while providing excellent support. It's highly adjustable between the two main Velcro straps and the additional smaller ones on each side for a custom fit. Mine arrived in a lovely gray color which is an added bonus as I thought it only came in white which would discolor quickly with regular daily use. I'm extremely happy with this back support and highly recommend it.f

Excellent lower back support

I had an excellent experience with this stablizing back support when I had a bulging disc. I had to support my back while doing everything but sleeping & taking a shower. The inside cushions on the hard part in the center of the support were a life saver! The adjustable elastic support bands I could tighten or loosen as necessary depending on my activity at the time. I still have this support & use it as needed. My husband borrowed it for a few days & it also helped with the strained muscles in his lower back while he was at work.

My Physical Therapist recommended this Back Support and it helps to support my lower back. After getting used to it, it feels pretty comfortable and helps to take the strain from lifting heavier stuff. I have horses and therefor I do a lot of lifting, pushing and pulling.

will not lay flat against your back 
it sticks out at the bottom has no support at all and doesn't stretch I cut it open and it is hard cardboard no metal staves so how do they think that cardboard would lay flat against your back total waste of money don't bother buying this one

Ordered this for my wife to help support her sore muscles in her lower back. Wasn't much for adjustments so the fit wasn't any good. The lower center of the belt in the back stuck out away from the body like a ducks tail, making it difficult to sit down. Would not recommend.
