The case works great, it has already saved me once or twice when I dropped my Pixel 3XL. Only complaint is the phone doesn't always charge on the Google wireless charging dock with the case on. Other than that, the case is awesome

I bought this case after I ordered my pixel 3. They should have used a light colored phone when advertising it bc it's even more beautiful than the pictures on the website! I got the not Pink color and it's so pretty.

Most beautiful case ever!

I am very happy with my new OtterBox case.  I would like to see more choices in colos for the Google Pixel XL 3 in the near future.

Love it!

I always buy the otter box symmetry for the past few phones I've had. I like it because it's perfect in the hand & pocket. Gives great protection & is a solid all around case. You should get it.

Always a good choice

I've previously had Motorola phones and have had both the commuter and defender series cases (and loved them!). I was hoping this would be the equivalent of the commuter, but it falls short. It definitely feels less protective as a one layer case and I'm really disappointed it doesn't include a charging port cover. It does feel well made and fits well, but all OtterBoxs do. I work outside, so as much as I hate the bulk, I'll probably end up with a defender in the spring to protect the charging port from dirt (although I'm worried about the defender fitting with a glass screen protector as I've read some reviews it doesn't, and screen protection is something I am NOT willing to compromise on). All in all, it's okay, I'm sure it will protect my phone, but it could be better.

Hoping for equal of the commuter, this isn't it

I like the case and feel it is supportive but the edge is getting really dirty and it is only two weeks old.  Picking up blue from jeans pocket.  Pink is now dirty grey

Disappointed

Every time I buy a phone I typically get an OtterBox, their overall protection is usually the best insurance you can get for your phone. After buying the Pixel 3 XL I knew it needed protection, I purchase the Symmetry case. Number one, Be cautious the case is slippery in the hand. Within 5 minutes of putting the phone in the case I dropped it due to the slipperiness of the case. Thankfully number 2, thr is cases well made and it protected my phone from drop. I think I would recommend the defender case over this one for sure.

There's a good chance you're going to drop your ph

I bought this a few weeks and the case does what it's advertised to do... Protect the phone.  Cosmetically, the plastic used is one that will always have fingerprints and the phone constantly looks smudged.  It made the phone feel cheap in my opinion.

Your will be safe but dirty.

I bought this item a few weeks ago. It's pretty and, of course, very sturdy, but the squeeze option on my phone no longer works while in the case. Also my ringer is now so muted that I can barely hear the phone ring even though it's set at the highest volume. I'll be shopping for a replacement. I'm very disappointed...

I don't love it...

What this case does good is protect your phone. It's rugged and tough. The moment you place the phone in it, it will keep it safe forever.
But there are some serious issues:
Wireless charging becomes very slow, or the phone doesn't get charged at all.
The squeeze function is also effected.
For the price, the feel and look of the plastic itself is cheap.
