The Galaxy Book died in just few days of use Not reliable . Heat up and burned up in just few days of use.

It's been few months now.

Pros:
Sleek and beautiful
Light weight

Cons:
Heats up quick,
Continuous irritating fan noise (in all modes, and if you stop the fan , it start burning up),
Lags even if I open 4-5 tabs in browser,
5-7 hour battery backup (far from what is claimed).
Ans FAN NEVER STOPS (i had to list it twice because it is THAT annoying).

I had been using this laptop since it was launched. My concern is that it always heat up. I am not referring to just warm because of usage but really hot to the touch specially when charging or installing something. I always made sure I have the ventilation free from any blockage but it still does heat up. 
I was also running some display issues on some games I was playing. They work perfectly fine on my other computer but the game screen size does not load properly on this laptop. 
I have not really used it much since I do not like putting it on my lap since it heats up fast.  And I am only using the charger that it came with, no other charger. 

Or am I the only one experiencing that issue?

Heats up a lot

The 13 inch model has inadequate performance. Why stick the i7 processor into a form factor that cannot make use of its performance. This is an engineering technical challenge which samsung chose to ignore, Its not something that can't be overcome and the excuse of- well its because of its small form factor is not valid.

One word to describe it: pathetic!

Very poor engineering

This Product is not Great. It comes with a warranty of 12 months and just after that I had an issue with the main board and that needs replacing. The cost of changing the main board is huge compare it to the value of the laptop. It is shocking that such expensive equipment is so unreliable. Be carefull and consider very carefully your options. You don't want to end up spending this amount and straight after the warranty period having to pay for a main board to be replaced

Everything about the Galaxy Book Pro 2 360 is good, but I have noticed that the i7 12th edition Evo feels slower than the i5 11th Edition Evo. Running both of my Galaxy Pro 360s side by side I have found that the i7 12th Gen (16gb and 512ssd) takes 13 seconds to boot but the i5 11th Gen (8gb and 256ssd) takes 6 seconds. 

Nobody at Samsung or Intel has offered a reason why this should be the case so I must admit that I feel somewhat cheated and I would ask for a refund on the i7 Pro 2 if it was possible.

Very Good but i7 12th Gen Boot times disappoint.

Brought the device at launch and it broke within less than 4 months. I haven't even been using it heavily. I brought it to do my dissertation on so mainly word processing and internet browsing. Been slow and sluggish, had issues with battery draining fast and then it just wouldn't turn on. 

Doesn't even link with other Samsung devices that easily. Lots of setup and steps. Wish i could get my money back and buy something else. 

P.S It broke over a month ago now and still don't have it back.

Been a week or 2 and I'm very happy with Samsung as usual, I have a lot of their products and owning one of their top tier laptops has made things easier such as using quick share to get files from family members etc! I am a student and do recommend others this laptop, one thing you may want to do is buy a laptop holder with a mesh design because this laptop does require a good ventilated area in order to keep cool but other than that the amount of power this holds despite its weight and size is incredible.

Favourite  thing about the laptop: The display is truly exceptional and its almost as good as my phone display! Watching Kdramas and scrolling through educational websites are smooth and loads up faster than my friend's M2 Macbook!

Overall amazing laptop for students!

I bought the 13" version of the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 as a replacement to a 4 year old HP Spectre x360. I loved the latter, but the battery life was reduced to a point where it would only last half an hour away from a charging point. 

I'm torn on this new laptop. It doesn't offer any improved functionality versus what I had - the touchscreen and the ability to flip the device is cool, but IMHO rarely used, so it's more of a gimmick (and I felt that way with my previous laptop that did the same). The look of the device is pretty average. It doesn't look ugly, but equally it's not amazing. I feel like my x360 was a more attractive device. 

Set aside half an hour when you get the device to remove all of the Samsung apps that come with it that you will never use. One man's add-ons is anothers bloatware. 

What really frustrates me is the battery life. Reviews online quoted a 10 - 12hour life, but it lasts little more than 90 minutes for me. I've changed the settings to the use-very-little-battery-power mode, and it's still somewhat rubbish. It seems to lose a lot of power when the lid is closed and it's in my bag, even though I've set it to fully hibernate.  Looking at the stats I lost about 25% of battery life over a period of two days when the laptop was shut down and in my bag.

So overall a mixed bag - I needed a replacement laptop and this seemed like a reasonable option, but the battery life is very disappointing. Would I buy a Samsung laptop again? Probably not.

The computer fan is very loud and computer gets very hot.  My 8 year old lenovo computer runs quieter.  I wanted to return it the next day I bought it and they refused. They do not help Don't buy it.
