My daughter and her husband got these for Christmas and really like them.  My daughter says they are a little heavy compared to other similar (non-rocking) chairs, but my son-in-law says they are fine and not too heavy.  They rock well and the sunshade is very nice to have.  It is a sturdy chair.

We owned the older version but we love this style even more. It is easier to carry. It is extremely easy to open and close. I especially like the holder for my phone. I also love, love, love how little space it takes up in my car. We haven't had a chance to use the shade part yet. All the kids games have been at night.

Awesome chair for this soccer mom. Highly recommend. It's comfortable and great shade. The only dislike is the drink holder doesn't hold a hydroflask or any larger cup.

I LOVE this chair, and so did my husband and dog. The chair comes in a durable carrying case, which is great because I've had many camp chair bags fall apart after just a few uses. The chair was a little confusing to set up/take down at first, until I realized that easy-to-follow instructions are attached to the bag. The chair is larger than most camp chairs and provides more support. The sunshade is adjustable and can be moved in several positions as well as completely collapsed. The only complaint that we had about the Pod Rocker is that the included cup holder is a pouch that doesn't seem like it would actually prevent your drink from spilling. For me, the benefit of having a camp rocking chair far outweighs this one detractor. This chair was wonderful for camping but would also be perfect for outdoor sporting events and concerts. I highly recommend the GCI Pod Rocker with Sunshade!

Great chair

We wanted chairs for our kids sporting events. We saw these and bought them because they had what we were looking for. They have a canopy to protect from the sun, they are comfortable and roomy. Think they are better for camping only because they are heavy especially when you have to carry them from field to field all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the chair but I wish the back of the seat was higher and had a little pillow. I'm only 5'6 and my head doesn't touch the back of the chair. To really relax I put a small pillow behind my head and scooch down n the chair.

I was so disappointed in this. It broke the first time I took it out and trying to get a return processed has been a nightmare.
