Looks great

Looks nice when new sadly, but like most cooktops - almost impossible to keep the surface nice.
Really wish I had ordered another of your products.  Different burner sizes, different knobs for sure.
The burners do seems to operate properly and install was easy.

Average

Burners are a problem. First, the labels on each burner are in a soft Grey color which does not contrast with a black top. Hard to read. 2nd, when a burner is shut off and the red heat light stays on the red light goes off before the burner cools off. I have burned myself  twice in 2 weeks. I now need to put a trivet on top of the burner after each use to remind me not to touch it. A product liability lawsuit waiting to happen.

Disappointed

I hate that the control nobs are in the middle front. Such an annoying design flaw. Wish they were vertically stacked on the right.

Stupid design.

Purchased about 2.5 years ago and don’t cook often. Power boil stopped working. I tried shutting off power but that did not work. Any ideas?

Powerboil

This is the second cooktop, same model, I've had in 2 weeks.  The hot indicators do not line up with the knobs.  This tells me there is a wiring issue, thus a potential fire hazard.  I would not recommend this model.

I really dislike this appliance. Any small splatter requires extensive cleaning. I would throw it in a dumpster if another surface was available that was easily cleanable.
