[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Front load washer are notorious for getting smells if you leave the door closed, but this completely solved that problem. It runs quietly, has mass 5.0 cu. Ft. Capacity that handles large load easily. The smart features super handy.

Definitely worth it if you are looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had LG washers for the past 14 years and loved them.  Recently my LG washer broke and American home shield replaced it suggesting this washer as it had steam and similar features.  I  have washed 3 loads and love it!!  The auto detergent is wonderful, no guessing on detergent or using too much.  The best feature for a front loader is the vent dry system.  After I finished washing, I turned it on and it dried the entire interior of the machine including the door seal which I fought to keep clean on my LG.  We bought the matching dryer and it its just as wonderful!  So glad I chose this one!!

Wonderful washer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has a lot of nice features. The auto dispense detergent made each wash more convenient. I can load the washer once with detergent and go a few wash before needing to reload. The washer cleaned my clothes well and the spin dry cycle didn't make the washer shake a lot. The large capacity was great for my family, but it may be too large for others. It's too early to test the durability of the washer, but it looks and feels well made. A nice feature it has that I like is the vent system. My old washer I had to leave the door open to prevent mold. This one will vent after a wash so I can leave the door closed after a wash. Overall I feel this is a great washer and it came with a lot of features that I wanted that my old washer did not have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a chance to do a load of laundry,  and so far wow. Very quiet, and within 25 minutes of completion of the load, the plastic front is already dry, without opening the door. The clothes are probably 75% dry, right out of the wash. I had to pause the cycle and change to the load types on the left for the steam function,  as I am still learning the ins and outs. Also, appreciate the smart dispenser,  filled it up completely,  so now I won't have to fill soap again for 35 loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is amazing. I am impressed by the large font which means I don't need my glasses to do laundry. I appreciate the smart hq app which lets me know when laundry is done. There are slots for different detergent options and almost 2x the settings of my old machine. I love the vents that help prevent washer funk so far so good. But my fave feature is how large this is look at how tiny my baseball cap looks inside. I t takes me half the time because I can fit so much clothes. My old machine used to stop because it was about 15 years old. I really love this washer and will be saving up to get a ge dryer.  Still a bit of noise but ,inch less than my old machine .

I love this washer due to fact I don't have to add detergent every load. I just fill the dispenser and machine will let me know when it needs to be refilled. Most people add too much soap to their washing machines to begin with. Love the venting system which keeps the machine clean smelling and dry. Love how machine lets you know on your phone when laundry is finished. I use less detergent.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to receive this, and It's been wonderful so far! The spinning speed and rinse cycle is the best i've ever had. Love the delayed start feature and the steam feature. The app is a little clunky but it's simple to use! The final spin gets a little loud but it's not for long.

Very fast spin

I wish there was an option for a zero star rating. I have had the washing machine less than two years and I've had so many problems with it, including a system board that has gone out and a belt that is broken and a motor that has dropped out of the washing machine. I've been told the machine it's not repairable.  I would not recommend buying a GE washing machine.

Bad Washing Machine

This has been, by far, the worst purchase we've ever made. If a zero-star rating were an option, that's what I would give it. The washer's design completely failed us as consumers. Any claims made at the time of purchase regarding odor or mildew prevention were simply false advertising.

We've owned this washer for less than two years, yet it has had persistent and severe odor issues. We followed every recommended maintenance step—weekly deep cleaning of the detergent dispenser, regular draining, leaving the door open, and all other suggested preventative measures. Despite this, the mildew smell continually returned.

We even paid out of pocket for a third-party technician to inspect the washer, and the issue still persists. The odor became so bad that our clothes consistently smelled unpleasant, making the machine essentially unusable. Ultimately, out of sheer frustration, we gave up and replaced both the washer and dryer with products from a different manufacturer.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this washer to anyone.

The inevitable odor!

We bought a front load washer in June of 2024. Spider arm started going out shortly after a year and now bearings are going out less than 2 years after purchase.  GE was bought by HIAR(however you spell that, in 2018 and it's all junk now) per our repair guy who came out.  He said GE now is not the GE we remember growing up, it's junk now.  It would cost more to repair it then just buy a new, different brand.  Will never buy another GE product again.  Brand new washer last a year and a half.  He has been seeing a lot of these washers going out and not lasting since they were bought out.  Do not buy!!!
