I got this fridge at an outlet. It's a nice fridge with pretty good features. I'm not sure I would pay full retail price for it but I have no complaints a few mo the in.

Like but don't love. Refrigerator works great love the door with in a door feature the problem we have is the ice maker. It doesn't produce enough ice then it has recently stopped making ice all together. Tried trouble shooting but no luck just really frustrating for what we paid for the unit

Stainless very thin and scratches easily if you use magnets. Shelving very cheap plastic and not very durable.  The look is good but not sure how long it will last.  Definitely not the quality of prior Profile appliance Ive bought!  Trouble with icemaker and leaking seals around it. Not happy!

Not your parent's quality

This is an awful refrigerator.  There is no room at all.  The dimensions say it's only 4" smaller than the standard depth refrigerator but the shelves are actually about 8" smaller so it doesn't hold anything.  The freezer is very small also.  The provide one door shelf with it that can't even be installed anywhere.  The top shelf on the ice side is so narrow and close to the top that there are very few things that would fit in it.  The last refrigerator had the same shelf but it would hold taller bottles so you could put hot sauce jars on it.  You can't slide the butter tray door up to stay open.   You have to lift it and hold it so you have to have two hands to get anything out.  The configuration of the "drop down" tray the have under the butter drawer is stupid.  There is nothing across the front so when you open the door the items fall out. You can't use all the shelves provided because if you do you wouldn't be able to put in any tall items at all.  I'd always purchased Kenmore previously and the last appliances I had were Kenmore Elite.  I thought the GE Profile would have been comparable in quality to the Kenmore Elite but they are very cheaply made.  I can't believe this is there midline product.  I can't even imagine what a basic GE refrigerator would be like.  It couldn't get any more cheaply made.

Terrible refrigerator

Maybe I can win the giveaway so I can replace some of  my poorly made GE appliances. We bought 6 pieces when we built our house in 2017. Washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. 5 of the 6 pieces had issues in under 5 years. All of them have broken multiple times in 7 years. And I don't mean just like a belt or maintenance related things. The dryer has a quarter inch wide belt on it. It can't even handle the loads it boasts. So that's been replaced at least 3x. Things get caught around the barrel. Our clothes get stuck around the drum and have ruined numerous items. I know when I hear the horrible thump that something has gotten caught and twisted. Right now I'm listening to what I assume is a coin grinding somewhere. The microwave popcorn button stopped working in under a year. The water line on the fridge has frozen up at least 3x. The ice maker drips. One burner on the stove shorted out. Replaced it and it immediately shorted out again. Had to replace the agitator in the washing machine as well as the pump. Right now my dishwasher just decided to stop cleaning my dishes. I've replaced the heating element and both spray arms. Even when it did work, I've never seen a washing machine get slimy in my life until this one. So I'm hand washing more dishes than the dishwasher is cleaning while I listen to a penny grind around in my dryer drum. I have bought parts for 3 of my 6 appliances just in the last month.  Do not buy these products. They will not last.

GE isn't built to last

Very disappointed in this product of GE. I had nothing but trouble with it- the ice maker never worked except for maybe the first month of owning (it's 2 years old, so of course the warranty is expired), and now I was just was informed that the compressor has gone bad as well as the fans inside and that it would be cheaper to buy a new fridge. For a product to be relatively expensive, I should've gotten a longer lifespan out of that product. Do yourself a favor and don't buy.

Extremely short lifespan

I can not recommend this refrigerator any less!! It's horrible! It will randomly freeze 1/2 of the contents of my fridge at any given time as if there was a surge in temperature. Today I had frozen glass jar of pickles, olives a brick of cream cheese, a full container of sour cream, and ALL of my produce! ( fresh picked lettuce from the garden, peppers, cucumbers, carrots and onion!! It's infuriating as that was a ton of money o lost ONCE AGAIN!! Do NOT PURCHASE THIS REFRIGERATOR

Worst Purchase EVER

Not recommended. Broke after three years of ownership. Well taken care of. Refrigerant leak within walls due to lines rusting (?) and not repairable. Disappointing experience with a fairly expensive product.

Trash

We have had issues with this refrigerator.  Several service calls because the freezer keeps frosting up.  We like the layout of the frig but we think we got a lemon

We bought this unit about three years ago and since then the main circulation fan has needed to be replaced and now the LED control panel is starting to fail. 

Very disappointed given the cost of this unit. I would not recommend.
