It's comfortable, pay attention to it being 2 " for the weights. I don't use the ones on the side but the handle and foot cushion bars can be used together kinda like rowing. I just put it in front of the TV so I can do some workouts while watching shows

The instructions were VERY easy to put together. I had a slight problem with one of the pieces not fitting properly (the tube) and contacted the email address of the supplier. They PROMPTLY replaced the part, and I was very impressed with their service.

Great bench!!!

its sturdy once you wrench wverything down. the vertical bar holder tubes are a bit thin so its easy to warp them by over tightening the bolts on those, be careful. 

the butterfly pull, arm cushions are way to close for me to use comfortably, they end up rolling into my bicep and it turns into a weird butterfly pull/ cross body lat pull which is very uncomfortable. Im 6'4 with a 6'5 wingspan for reference. fortunately i fixed this issue with some extra elastic workout bands/handles off of some of my other equipment and tied them off on the two bars for the butterfly pull and use those to do a proper butterfly pull up? (since you have to lay on your back to do it)

decent budget rig

I really loved the look and style. But i didn't realize it was for the 2in weights untill i received it.  I had already purchased  1 in weights and didn't want to change weights. So i returned the bench. Nothing wrong with it at all it was great received package in great condition.

Very large, takes up lots of room.  Took a while to assemble but not too horrible. I wish I had gotten one that folds up for easier storage. Works well though, no issues with adding weights and using bench

Top notch quality, sturdy, great bench

not gonna lie, this is a decent set up, especially for beginner weight lifters. I didn't bother to put the butterfly wings on due to reading other reviews before purchasing. which makes sense because the butterfly wings would definitely take away from bench pressing due to the benches size. also, unless you're great at telling screw length and sizes apart, I'd recommend the video on YouTube showing how to put the equipment together, the instructions manual wasn't that helpful. overall it was worth the money. thank you.

Decent weight bench

Great price and good value, the stability of the structure can be a little bit flimsy at times and it is not very heavy.  The assembly is pretty easy and can be done in about an hour.  There are no sharp angles and it seems about standard durability.  If you need something cheap and easy this is a good pickup for a home gym.

Simple, cheap pickup for a home gym

I received the product with one broken knob that I superglued back together. One of the holes with threads was stripping one of the bolts as I tried to assemble the upright arm that holds the bench bar. After using a little elbow grease, I was able to get the knob and bolt to function properly. Now that I have everything together, I like this bench for my 14 yr old son. I got this on sale around Christmas time for about $125 and it is definitely worth it.

I would recommend.

I'm really kind of angry because it is missing pieces. The pieces that it is missing are very important. The screws that could move the weight arms up and down are missing. Now I know why this weight bench was so inexpensive. I guess you can say you get what you pay for pieces missing.
