Sturdy! It would be the most stable on a flat surface rather than carpet. I notice it does move a bit- you might consider placing it on a rubber mat if your area is carpeted. On flat ground this is not an issue. Assembly was easy enough- no issues with the material. I did not notice any defects in the product.  It is a great product for the price!

pros: Everything is really good, high quality, assembly was easy, its also very stable while i use the resistance bands,
i'm 5,8 and i don't need to adjust the headrest, so the length of the bench is good
cons: preacher curl thing is kinda wobbly and short so I don't use it, doesn't matter tho cus i use the bench for preacher curls
Also, i had to put the longer foam padding on the opposite side (facing the bench) to make leg extensions more comfortable
the resistance cables are bad so i bought my own

Great product. Well put together for the money. Holds up to 700lb.  Perfect for a small home gym or workout area. Folds up nice to store in a closet. Highly recommended

Great bench

Very very nice weight bench. I ordered it for someone else for Christmas and they already received it, set it up and are absolutely thrilled with this bench. I very highly recommend this bench.

Very very nice

The Gikpal fitness bench is great addition to a home , especially for those that either cannot attend a gym or just don't want to . It's very affordable. It doesn't take up a lot of space and it's very sturdy .

Once assembled the unit may wobble longitudinally. Contacted the manufacturer (who responded quickly requesting information) but failed to provide a solution to the problem , maybe because I did not but directly from them. The unit still works OK but beware of possible pinching where the 2 part of the frame come together, I would also suggest that additional holes are provided on the part where the feet lock in for the leg press in order to be able to adjust for height . Have a video of how it moves, but too big a file to attach

It was very easy to finish the assembly!  I mentioned itself is pretty good! The extended head rest is nice.The  padding is good. The leg extension isn't the greatest and cannot hold much weight and the resistance bands are worthless.

Works as described

The assembly wasn't bad and the price was good. However, you get what you pay for with this product. The weight placement for the leg extension is odd and a bit uncomfortable as your feet are against the weights and any plate over 20lbs hits the ground. Also, with weights on the leg extension it wants to tip forward and is very awkward and difficult when adjusting the bench. 
Also, the preacher curl is small and only useful for one arm dumbell curls. Would be nice to have it a little wider to use EZ bar/barbell curls. The resistance bands are worthless. 
Finally, when the bench is flat, the gap between the seat and the back support is too wide, making it a bit uncomfortable. 
Positives; price, adjustable positions, folds up, preacher curl %26 leg extension.
All in all, it'll work for now. It was worth the risk for $100, but don't expect to be wow'd.

Ok, for the price.

The unit is definitely sturdy and most useful as a workout bench. My desire however was to purchase one that had a leg lift, as this one does. However, I elected to purchase one that had the ability to load a weight disk with a larger hole. The one I replaced this unit with offered an additional sleeve to accomidate larger weights.

Reasonably priced. Examine and compare features.

For the legs, there is a weight bracket and above it is a padded roller with handles. Cannot get legs under that roller like the photos in the exercise sheet

The 33 pound weight capacity on the leg extension part makes me think this was made for toddlers. It's roughly a third of the weight an intermediate lifter would need. It's also really wobbly and generally unstable.

Significantly better options exist
