I've been around gyms and home workout equipment for over 50 years, as a serious athlete, trainer and now, as serious as a senior, continuing a path to exceptional health. 
I went to a resistance band workout to go easier on my joints, my wife as well. After researching adjustable benches, this one turned out to be pretty ideal. High quality, easy assembly and versatile. One minor change...a tad wider but I'm picky. 4.5 stars for me.

This is a decent bench for the price. Assembles easily, is pretty secure when being used and folds up nicely/easily to store it our of the way when not being used.

Nice bench easy to assemble. Light weight , excellent. for a small space. Only one problem it has a  cut at the top of headrest.  I'm happy with the purchase.

This weight bench is probably worth the sale price.  Had I paid the listed full price, I would have sent it back in a flash.  The instructions are not particularly clear or complete. The "leather" upholstery  is on with just staples.  After taking out pieces, per the instructions, I had pieces left over after I was done.  I've built furniture from scratch.  I've remodeled bathrooms and kitchens in two homes over the years. I can follow instructions.

very narrow and quite inconvenient with weights, cheap plastic. big gap between the seat and the back support - ok in seat position, but very awkward when you lay down and during the transition (you grab the weight and lay down)
