I typically avoid using the'stretchy' garbage bags. These bags were bought by accident but when used I was happily surprised. I've a now begun using these bags as my go to bags for kitchen garbage. My only negative is the drawstrings don't pull tightly. I've never relied on drawstrings as I knot the top of the bag.

We have a wide trash can in our kitchen. It gets a LOT of use. Hefty brand bags won't fit, but these do. We've been using a different quantity box, but it was out of stock so we ordered these to tide us over. We fill these to the max because we make 2 trips to the dump a week. I've never had one leak or tear.

Fits a larger dimensional 13 gallon can

I believe these are about the only kitchen trash bags I've used in the last 3 or 4 years at least. they're very good about handling kitchen odors that everybody gets from their trash and they fit the can well and what I really like about him is how easy they are to pull out and tie up and you got a good tight seal when you use the pull strips on it. and I've never seen any reason to switch to a big name brand these are just as good as any if not better in many ways.

I know what you are thinking! Who writes a review for trash bags... well these Glad trash bags have really been great! they generally do not tear or rip... They hold up well for those of us who wait to take out the trash until its well really full! you know who you are... no judgement here... these bags hold up...  that is good enough for me...

These bags are really strong  and perfect for a large household!  I have purchased a lot of other brands in the past, but have found this product to be the best for my money and usages!  I will continue to use this product  as well as the other ones made by this Company..

Perfect Fit!

Honestly what I love most about these bags is how they're black on the inside. Looks cleaner in the bin and that for some odd reason makes me happy. They're always durable, even if I load up with kitty litter. No tears or leaks. Like the smell is refreshing but not sickeningly sweet.

Good trash bags, will continue to buy

They're black in color-they don't seem to be as nice as the white ones.  Will look closer next time I buy them-don't know where it says the color is black! They do smell nice for a long time.  Strings are strong %26 bag seems to be about the same strength as the white ones.
