I had no problem assembling the bike but was left with two left rear foot rest so I called and conversed with Shawn who immediately attended to my problem by sending the right foot rest via FedEx. I had other questions which were answered immediately to my satisfaction. 

Although I'm a big man (340 lbs), the ride is very smooth and gentle not to mention  stable for an ebike. I'm so glad I purchased this ebike.

This is not only an incredible product but the customer service is incredible. Recommend Highly!!!

Now that I'm riding this bike, I LOVE it. It exceed my expectations.

I definitely recommend you pay extra for assembly...it'd be worth it. It does come mostly assembled...just unpack (a lot of protective filler individually secured), unfold, and the killer step for me...inflate the tires. I followed the instructions carefully, but still blew a tube. GoPower was extremely good to work with. They sent a new tube & arranged for someone to install & inflate. He said there was a pinch in the tube & it would have blown regardless of the pressure. He recommended inflating the tube very slightly before securing the rim to avoid pinches (a good addition to the special inflation instructions that are included).

Good value at this price point

I bought this bike a few months ago and have had a lot of fun riding it.  I am not in great shape so I need a lot of help, and this get me out of the house and into the fresh air.  I also had to use their customer service and they went above and beyond to help me.

Great bike that works very well!

Bought this bike for our son. Assembly was pretty easy. We were missing a couple of screws to the cargo seat so I reached out to the manufacturer. They were incredibly helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond to help me. You can tell that they really care about their products and their customers. My son loves the bike. He hasn't skipped a day using it since we gave it to him. Even in the winter in NY. The coolest part is being able to bring his friends along with him. They are big teen boys and the bike can easily handle their weight when riding together. They are having a blast and it has given them more independence. My son now picks up his friends and gives them rides over and back home when they are hanging out. Very cool! When the weather gets nicer he will definitely be taking himself to school and plenty of room for his back pack. It's extremely sturdy and pretty fast - helmets are a must! If you are considering an electric cargo bike I definitely recommend this one.

I bought this bike to enjoy the battery assist.  One of the things I have learned is that the battery shipped with my bike was an under performer.  Typically to reduce cost many of the electric bike companies use a battery that can vary in quality.  The battery per the company customer support lasts anywhere from 7 months to 24 months.  At that point it will need replaced for around $300.  More important is that the battery should not be measured in time as much as it should be measured in Charges.  I was able to charge the battery shipped with my bike approximately 70 times before it went bad.  This is well below the normal.  The second problem is the battery is specific to this manufacturer.  Another flaw, when they don't have them in stock.  At this point my bike is sitting waiting on a battery currently going on 3 + Months.  I would much rather pay a little more to be insured you have a higher quality battery and one that could be exchanged with an after market battery to insure continued riding.  If not they should offer the option to purchase an additional battery with the bike with a disclaimer that the battery may only last "7 months"

The Bike is nice but there are downsides
