I just got this and love it!   Playing Eva Cassidy's Songbird CD backed by the London Symphony.  In my kitchen!  Love the compact size AND THE SOUND!   For $30!!!!   Thanks Walmart!  Love you!!!

Great Sound!

Boombox isn't the boombox for those of us that grew up in the 70/80's. That said! I live in a 1 bedroom apt. %26 at top volume it fills the kitchen but theres a stark difference in how it sounds when I walk out of it, basically it's great for a small 4/6 gathering if the ppl aren't the loud talkers lol, I use it while preparing meals, but I would need something a lot more for a party over more than a few ppl. Lastly I am 5'5 small hands, and I balance it on 1 hand, although I wouldn't transport it that way, simply trying to have potential buyers picture it, bcuz when you say boombox one would think at i did picture something much bigger

There are pros and cons. The pros out weigh the cons on this little boombox.
Pros - I like the compactness, the sound is very good, no external antenna, written instructions in the box, easy to use, it looks good on shelf and affordable.  Cons - no indication what radio station is playing and the controls for off/fm/cd/aux/volume is in awkward location.

More pros than cons.

Its expensive for what you get.   I paid 40 for a good Sony some years ago, this brand was the generic store brand at the time.  Now it is the only one not priced to the moon but I felt I got very little for my money.  It works well, sort of but skips at the slightest move...I was using it in a living room to exercise :(   The radio, again it works, but no dispay.  I come from a dial time so I can deal with this but really all this money and that is what you get?  Yikes!!!!

Pricey for very basic player that easily skips

This boom box don't work well ! I purchased a new cd thinking it was my cd %26 it still get stuck %26 skips! ☹️☹️

Not happy with this box

Why is this $30? It's extremely small and is nothing more than a plastic shell with a little bit of wires inside. It weighs as much as a cup and looks very cheap. The screen is extremely small, so you can't tell much from it. There's no antenna either. I've bought better radio/CD players for $10. Inside, they say to leave a review to win some money, and I think that's where many of the positive reviews came from.

Too light and no decent screen.

it worked 2 times then it stopped working.  i am very disappointed. very disappointed!!!!!
