Have had my sprayer for few years now and I am not kidding, I have babied this sprayer to the MAX. I clean it and keep it in the bag and always keep it healthy. Well what I didn't know in the beginning is not to spray harsh paint thru it, so I lost the pump. Now a year later after learning about all the types of paint I can spray thru this sprayer I have lost the pump again. So I am replacing the pump again. I think that the education and the nohow of these pumps and sprayers need to be printed on the box, NO SOLVENT BASED PAINT OR FLAMMABLE PAINT CAN BE USED WITH THIS SPRAYER. Help your customers to be educated to use your product and not have to read thru pages of a manual to get the education. We Love the product just not the pump. Works excellent when the pump is healthy.

Just Concerned

gracoconv.com

The sprayer is great. The pump wore out after 14 months, warranty is 12. Sprayer between 50- 60 gallons. Pump cost is about 60 % of a new sprayer

Great sprayer

This will be the 3rd or 4th pump I've had to replace. I love the sprayer but wish buying a pump wasn't a regular thing. Ive had the sprayer for 5 years and it only sees use a few times a year maybe 20 gallons in the 5 years and as many pumps. It gets throughly cleaned and stored with thier pump protector between unses

they dont last

I bought a cordless paint sprayer, loved it. Until the first pump went out. Luckily then i was within my factory warranty. Now, again, less than one year since the pump replacement my pump is not working. I'm a DIY'er not using this everyday although i do use it frequently multiple times a day and multiple days in a row with projects.

Wish i could give the no stars!

Totally rubbish, first pump replacement four mounts after I bought it, used that only twice. After two mounts the pump went out again, no more warranty cost would be over 400 nzd I decided to dipose it, not worth the hassle.
Do not buy this product this is not trade quality!!

Rubbish

If I buy another, it will be my 3rd pump in 3 years that I've used the Graco TC Pro, and like others, I use the sprayer intermittently. I would say no more than 5-10 gallons a year. It is cleaned regularly and stored with their pump saver, just as I do with all of my spray equipment. I am regretting my purchase, I'm so close to just setting up my full rig for even the small jobs. The gun is great when the pump works. The pumps are so disposable, they should be cheaper!!!!

Pump wears out prematurely...replaced yearly

I'm tired of this pump nonsense, you follow the usage, cleanup and storage instructions exactly and still have to replace the pump every time you use the thing. Makes no sense.

Tired of buying pumps

I am a contractor. I bought this gun 2 years ago. I used it 8 times . I use it in small closets and trims. This is my second time to replace the pump. It is helpfull but very high maintainance.

Don't buy

This is the second time that I have had the littke pot metal pistons snap. Cant fix ut just have to buy a whole new fluid selection. Sucky.

poor quality

I really want to love this sprayer, but this pump is pure garbage.

The brand name on this tool was enough for me to swallow the absurd cost of a motor attatched to a pump. I just assumed Graco would never make and sell a tool with a disposable pump designed to fail after a few uses.

Professional tools do not require full rebuilds after such a short amount of time.

Way overpriced. Massively disappointed.
