[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this shower system. I made sure to read the instructions carefully and to have all the tools ready for installation. I made sure that I positioned the shower unit based to my height since I'm the tallest. Making sure that the plumbing is in the correct spot is extremely important to have a smooth installation. once all the tiles were up, the shower system hooked up seemlesly. My wife and I couldn't be any happier. It's definitely cool to the touch as they described. The large shower head with adjustable spray is a great function to have. Overall I definitely would recommend this for anyone who's looking to have a simple clean shower system that still gives you the option of using a hand shower. Great job!!

GREAT SHOWER OPTION

We recently renovated a small bathroom with a tight space for the shower in an old house and this unit works wonderfully.  I love the fact that I have the handheld and the shower head all in one. The shower head has a nice rain-like feel. I use them both daily.  The streamline styling is great.  The finish is impeccable and the whole unit feels solid.

This system works beautifully in keeping the water temperature as set which is extremely important for a person with his disability.

Beautiful Design/Even Better PERFORMANCE

Had this now only a short time, hard to say what we might discover still. Surprised and disappointed by the absence of a more discrete shutoff point especially where there is a present, albeit functionless, lockout button on the diverter control knob while there is a functioning lockout button in the temp control knob opposite. The idea of a symmetrical button that serves no other purpose is just unfriendly design.
