Looks great next to the K7. Worked well for a few months but then started not popping back up. Pretty soon it stopped returning to the up position all together. Throughout this time we tried cleaning to see if there was dried up soap in the top and tried using thinner soap and watered down soap. Nothing seemed to help and we never could identify a cause. Ended up contacting Grohe for a replacement pump. Hopefully this one lasts longer. I'd still buy it again.

works as expected to replace the 12 year old one and thankfully the style was still available so it matched.

The initial dispenser worked fine for about 4 years when it started to malfunction.  Grohe readily supplied a new dispenser, which seems to have a new pumping mechanism.  So far, it's been working fine.

Good customer service.

There is a lot of free play with this dispenser.  It can easily be moved side to side and in a circle.  I believe over time this will place undue stress on the dispenser and prematurely wearing it out or possibly breaking it.  Thankfully, there is a lifetime warranty on it.

Wobbly dispenser

Love this... soap dispenser right in the counter is the best... easy cleaning and access... family members have soap dispensers in other brands and i don't find the difficulties with Hrohe that they have, like filling it.  The products are so well made and stand the test of time, worth it!

The design is modern and clean.  The casting and chrome plating are 5 star. But, the pump clogs if not used daily which can be resolved easily, however eventually it quit pumping entirely.  It appears to me to be a design flaw in the plastic pump mechanism.  There is a spring loaded one-way valve that becomes dislodged.  It is not repairable.

Quit working

Instructions were great and with my sweetheart under the sink and me holding from the top took no time at all to install in the existing hole in granite!

Easy Does It

superior quality over the previous one we had from the big box store. i only wish the flange was a little larger. the o-ring barely fits over the hole already in the sink. but we love it

Unacceptable quality of the finish from a big bran

It's beautiful but It stopped pumping after 3 months. Cleaned it out and it worked for 2 more weeks then stopped pumping again
