Soap dispenser

This has worked as expected except that the soap builds up in weird places and pumping action stops working.  Just needs to be cleaned out, but takes a few tries usually.  Great alternative to clunky soap container on the counter.

This is a replacement for a Groehe dispenser installed 13 years ago. While this looks good, we cannot get it to dispense soap, so if no
Use except to fill the space of the old one.

Lovely, but..

Customer Service

I have all my facet from Grohe for any years  no complained .
But the kitchen soap dispenser is not good at all. First of all I cannot use soap liquid , have to added it picked up only for the top surfaces .Exchanging already second time, and finally got the bottle broken . All soap on a floor behind the cabinet, hard to clean .

I purchase all Grohe products when I remodelled my kitchen approx 3 year ago...this dispenser is the pits. I had to contact Grohe when the pump stopped dispensing soap, but they were good about it and sent me a replacement free of charge. But now I took the bottle out to clean off the top etc...and when screwing it back on the entire bottle head shredded out like a spring. As pricey as this product is, it should not give so many problems. I am so disappoint, its depressing. However, my Parkfield faucet I love with a passion, it's just awesome. But this dispenser makes me feel like crying..
