I really like the design and faucet, however the spray button quick working properly after just 1 year of use- switching back and forth between stream and spray functions…very frustrating! 
Fortunately I saved the parts paperwork that came with the faucet and was able to order and replace just that portion and it is now working great again.

I love this product, it is simple yet elegant and functional. But, this is the 2nd replacement I have in over just 2 years with the same issue that spray will become the default and it is quite difficult to switch back to the regular stream. I bought 2 heads this time, anticipating the problem showing up next year. :-(

Easy to install though improvement needed

It works as advertised. When it works it's great. The previous one wore out in under 2 years. The spray would turn on by itself, eventually almost every time we turned on the faucet.

Works Nicely but Has Reliability Issues

I purchased this faucet 14 months ago. This is the third faucet head I'm using, as it has broken TWICE already !

Terrible reliability

This is a purchase that should not have been necessary.  The part was purchased to replace a defective pull out spray that failed on an 18 month old Essence kitchen faucet, while a warranty replacement was processed.  This defect is now well known and has affected many users.  

5 stars to Grohe support for standing behind their products and honoring their lifetime warranty on this product.

Defective Pull Out Spray / Stream Toggle Valve

This pull out sprayer works just fine for about 1-2 years before it starts to crap out.  Once it starts to go bad it will go from stream to sprayer randomly and as it gets worse it will almost always switch to spray mode, despite the fact that you never pushed or even touched the button.  I am buying two more replacements as I am now on my third one because you never know when they will stop support for this model.  Still cheaper than replacing my entire sink

Works until it doesn't

The part is currently working, but it is my third replacement in 5 years. There is obviously a defect with the part or faucet. I am very disappointed this hasn't been addressed given the price point. I am in a condo and many of my neighbors have the same issue.

This is the third sprayer for a faucet that's less than 2 years old. Based on other's feedback, the faucet consistently gets to a point where it will only stay on spray, making a loud noise and quite the mess. The builder chose this particular faucet for us. I would not recommend purchasing it based on our costly experience.

Bad faucet

After the faucet failed twice - kept switching to spray -  I tried to replace it per the so called unlimited warranty. No luck.  I did not have a receipt from 2 years ago so had to pay for this one. 🤞 it lasts. If not, this time I kept the receipt. And friend had the same problem.  Surely your engineers can fix this. I will not recommend Grohe to anyone.

Warranty is a joke

Had to replace ours 4 times in 3 years. Spray/stream switch mechanism weakens and it auto-switches between the two causing a loud buzz and water spraying everywhere. Customer support has been good about sending replacements, but they take a while so we have also had to purchase our own to have on hand. Unfortunate quality control on this part for such an expensive fixture. Would not buy again.
