Two in one tongue saver

I have been using this twice a day for about 5 days now, and can say that I'm shook. I had no idea how much my toothbrush leaves behind on my tongue. I can't say how much it has improved my breath. I used to have an aftertaste in my mouth even after brushing. I have found that this helps eliminate that taste, which makes me feel like overall my mouth is cleaner and surely that helps with the smell. I keep it right next to my toothbrush so I don't forget to use it, it has officially become apart of my teeth hygiene routine.

This device was something new to me. If you gag easily this may not be good for you. I found I had to be careful with use near back of tongue to not gag. I didn't like the plastic groved side, it was uncomfortable. I liked the brush side, very comfortable. I definitely noticed my tongue was less white with using this device.

My last tongue scrapper was just the hard plastic part. I am new to this one with bristles. The bristles does a nice jog and it is a nice touch. No need to say that I am hooked and from now this is the way to clean my tongue!

Straight to the trash. If you want to brush your tongue, use your toothbrush. This has teeth on one side, which are worthless, and 2 rows of soft bristles which are ineffective.
