Gardein Meat Free Meatballs. Ready in 8 minutes! Made with plant protein. Good source of protein. Non GMO product. Keep frozen. Preparation and Cooking Suggestions: Best in sauce: Place frozen meatless meatballs into lightly simmering sauce in last 15-20 minutes of cooking. Simmer until hot throughout. Conventional or toaster oven: Preheat to 450 ºF (230 ºC). Bake frozen meatless meatballs on non-stick baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until browned and hot throughout. Add to your favorite sauce. Sauté: Heat 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook frozen meatless meatballs, covered, for 15-17 mins until browned, turning often. Do not overcrowd the pan. Microwave (1000w): In a microwave safe bowl, cover 3 frozen meatless meatballs with your favorite sauce and cover with a lid. On medium (50%) power level, cook for 8 minutes (stirring halfway through) until meatless meatballs are hot throughout. Tip: let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Do not overcook. Bought these on numerous occasions because they're that good. They are so easy to prepare however you want. They don't need thawing. I add them to tomato sauce; baked them and added barbecue sauce; crumbled them and used them as ground meat. I usually get 2 different meals (for 2 people) from the one bag.

These are delicious and such a game changer. I was able to fool my kids into eating more vegetables because they thought they were meatballs. I did confess after but they did like them so I will buy them again!

Great option!

I've been so sad to see all the old Gardein products discontinued in favour of their new rebrand. This seems to be the last one left. Love this product and hope it doesn't go.

Love the classic Gardein

These are so good I had to go look at the packaging again to see if I had accidently bought real meat.  I'll be a regular customer for this item for a long time to come.

Is it real?

These meatballs are a good addition to my vegan diet. I like their texture, thick and tender at the same time. And they are quite nutritious, I need only three for my lunch or dinner to eat. They are easy to prepare and do not fall apart when boiled or heated.  And there is no any aftertaste or bloating!

Good texture

These are a good product to have on hand for a meat alternative. I use them most frequently with pasta but have also used as an app or in a sandwich. They are a little large for my preferences and personally I don't like the flavour on its own - only with a sauce. My biggest complaint is that I can no longer find them in southern Ontario!

A Good Meatball Alternative

To be honest my favourite plant based meat ball comes from a furniture chain, but this is a close second. There are fennel seeds sprinkled throughout (fine by me but would be a dealbreaker for my kids these days). They're a nice size and cool up easy.

Tasty vegan meatballs alternative

My daughter is a vegan and it is sometimes hard to cook for her. I keep Gardein meatless meatballs in the freezer at all times for her. She likes the taste and puts the with pasta or rice and a little sauce as they are a bit dry.

Meatless Meatballs

I recently purchased these meatless meatballs, just to give it a try. The texture was offputting for me and the taste was just OK. I found them to be dry..

Wasn't really a fan

Easy to cook and store in the freezer. But the taste and texture isn't great when you have one big piece of it. I prefer to get the ground and mix it with lentils.
