So far it has been pretty good. The windows leak in the rain so we made sure to use a waterproof vinyl flooring with drainage holes along the edges. We'll see how it holds up to winter. We plan to cover it with a clear tarp and rake any snow accumulation off.

Looks good

We love our sunroom!  We live in Eastern Canada and are able to use it 3 seasons of the year plus, in winter, we use it to store a small, battery snowblower, snow shovels, lawn furniture, etc.  We would recommend bracing the roof if you're in an area that can get heavy snow in winter though.  We bought a 10'x12' and put it on our 10'x16' deck.  We set our bbq on the remaining 4' of deck space and put one of the doors on that end to open to it ... perfect!  The only things we don't like ... the dark coloured window panels in the doors and the window closures.  We old folks find it hard to get down that low to raise the windows from the floor level!
