Very well made, had one just like it that was purchased through WalMart and it lasted 8 years.
We use it almost daily to get our Labradors in and out of pick up truck. Has good tread so they do not slip. Received it quickly.

Lite weight yet very strong. Our dog is getting older and has lumps under her arms  so this makes it easier for her to get up and down stairs to our house.

It's light weight, easy to fold and store. It's what I wanted for our dog

This lightweight ramp is perfect for my wife and older dog. She can easily handle the ramp and my dog has no problem walking up it to get in the car.

holds our 60 lb dog easy. we use it for a low car and a high back of pickup ( we watch her close on truck... Muffin has a limp and we want to let it heal and she jumps up if not on the ramp.  The ramp sturdy for being so light and easy to use.

Great Lite Dog Ramp.

Great ramp. I have 2 labs that weigh about 75 lbs.
Ramp fits great for SUV's. I have a Tahoe and my daughter just bought one for her Suburban.
Very light weight easy to set up. After 2 tries helping the dogs up the ramp, they do it on their own , no hesitation. 
One on the best purchases I've made for the dogs.

Fantastic Dog Ramp

took a little bit of practice (had to use a lot of treats) for my 12 yr old golden but once she got it down worked great.

As I assume like most purchasers, our dog has gotten older and is having trouble getting into the back of our car.  The length of this ramp appealed to me.  It makes the incline a bit less.  You do need just a little more room to deploy the ramp but we have her enter from the back of the vehicle so it's not a problem.  If it were a side door, steps may work best.  It has a clip at the top to hold it to the car.  This turned out to be important when she decided half way up the first time to jump down.  It does require a bit of training I have found out.  It folds in half and has a latch to keep it that way, plus a nice carrying handle.  Yes, storage is a factor but I knew that going in.  I rigged a strap to hold it to the side of the cargo area (inside).  When I use it for the side door of our pickup truck, it does not work quite as well.  The door is just a bit in the way and she doesn't like the fact that it is not a straight shot into the vehicle.  Evaluate for yourself and for your situation.  If I were to get another one for a side door, I might consider steps.  For the back, this works well.  It is plastic with a sandpaper feel to the surface for traction.  One reviewer said it was hard on their feet but we only use this 2 - 4 times per day so it has not been a problem.  It supports her weight (about 90 lbs.) just fine.

Consdier this when shopping for a dog ramp.

Lost 2 stars because it shows the surface as grey when in fact it is dark black. I purchased this because the aluminum one I have is extremely heavy and black so gets extremely hot in the sun. The Gen7pets is lighter and more manageable but it has the same problem with retaining heat. if using for a quick in and out its perfect But if using frequently at a sporting event heat retention becomes a problem

Not grey. Dark black surface retains heat

We bought this product so our English Bulldog could walk up and get in the back of our Trailblazer instead of our needing to lift him. Alas the ramp is too steep for him to use.
