I ordered these online and scheduled and appointment under the assumption it would take 60 - 90 minutes to install. I dropped my car off for 4 tires to be installed at 10am and at 1pm it was still sitting in the parking lot. They told me it could take 2 - 3 hours so I stayed there and they never even got it on the rack 3 hours later so I had to leave. A waste of 4  hours.
