Tires shipped to me timely but both times they were wrong size.
Expecting a credit but not seen it yet. 
Getting to talk to representative was nightmare. 
Now if I want tires have to go back to web site and try order again. And wait even longer.  Saving a little bit of cash was not worth aggravation.

This was not a very good experience. I ordered tires that said they were size 20 and when they were delivered to me they were size 16. Their product description is completely different from what the product says it is.

Very misleading and very disappointing.
