[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year, I purchased 4 Crossmax CT-1 because the reviews and ratings said they were great in snow and water. I have a Toyota Avalon Touring and can say that they were the worst tires I've ever had and dangerous. I will review them, also! I felt so unsafe with them that I replaced them with these General Altimax and noticed the difference immediately. The Crossmax. had such a loud road noise, you couldn't hear anyone talking next to you! These Altimax are quiet, don't hydroplane, and I'm sure will be better in snow compared to the Crossmax that slid so much I hit the curb and broke the top of my wheel off last winter! Hoghly recommend!

Installation went well.  The tires are quiet and are reported to be good in rain and snow.  You could buy a better tire for a higher price but these tires meet my needs for a good price.
