I had this brand of tires before and got 76,000 miles on them and they still had tread left.  I have them on both of my cars.

Long lasting and rides nice

better than comparable Douglas tires but you know probably not on par witj Michelin or whatever.  i like them alot for my sedan.

I like the tires, the real test will be the winter snow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like General tires.. Had a set of the RT 43's and they lasted longer than expected.  I heard that the RT-45's were a replacement, so, I bought a new set for my wife's car and they are great. Ride smooth, quiet and good traction in the rain. Haven't had any snow yet to test, but if they were to be better than the previous tire (RT-43's) I know that she won't have any problems getting through the snow.
