[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2020 RAM Big Horn. These Generals were on it when I purchased it used. They are aggressive but actually fairly quiet. Unreal in the snow w/o being in 4WD. Put 4 new same AT/X's on today purchased from my local Walmart.

At 15,000 miles these tires were completely shot! I was in shock. My tires were rotated 4 times in 18 months. One tire had zero tread and wore excessively in all four locations. I Called Continental/General (at 15,000) and followed the warranty claim procedure exactly as instructed.  After their approved dealer measured the tread and spoke to them, I was informed they qualified for replacement. But first they REQUIRED me to buy 4 replacement tires from THEIR BRAND ONLY which I did at full retail price. Then they DENIED my claim and informed me they already destroyed my defective tires. ZERO is what I got on complete junk tires. I am furious.
*The most important point- They showed no interest or concern with my experience, my safety or my dissatisfaction. None. They gave no explanation but admitted in a separate complaint the tires had "severe wear". Exactly what my warranty is for. They really just don't care. All the "quality" and "warranty" talk is a big fat lie which they won't back up.
BEWARE!
