It was more expensive than I would have liked for it to be but it's the only thing my daughter wanted for Christmas. Seems like a nice bow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this and immediately went to try it out in the backyard.  The bow frame is strong, sturdy and durable.  Drawing back on the bowstrings was effortless but still felt like there was plenty of tension to really let those arrows fly.  Sight was good and needed no adjustment after first use.  The arrows are great for target shooting and not hunting.  It comes with a wrist guard that worked great preventing the string burn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the left handed version for my wife, had no idea how to teach anything lwft handed but she got it figured out. Great kit overall. Wish it had something better for hunting like a sight, d loop and wrist release, and stabilizer. Otherwise its been great for her learning the basics of bow shooting. Probably best for kids under 13 who just want to shoot a target at short range.

It is a really cool bow for kids and they were able to mess with it and learn how it works. We would recommend this bow to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an intermediarry level bow and arrow kit for my 13 year old nephew.  He has some experience with archery and the compound bow he was using was no longer a challenge.  This is a great crossbow to last him through adulthood.

Perfect for my young teenager

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were so happy with this bow. We set a target up and adjusted the boy easily with the included Allen wrench and the kids were hitting the target instantly. I think they have found a new hobby. My kids are 9 and 11 and this bow fits them perfectly. They are able to load and shoot with minimal help. The tension had to be loosened pretty good for them to be able to pull but that's why it is adjustable. I'm thrilled with this and hope they continue to use it as it would be a great hobby to get into.

Awesome beginner bow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up thinking it would be ok for hunting,but after it arrived i found out that it is really to weak for big game hunting but would be perfect to turn into a fishing bow as it is not super strong,this bow arrived with nearly no accessories like sights,dampeners,string loops, good arrow rest,ect, for the price it should come fulling loaded with all the accessories in my eyes as there are way to many other bows out there fully loaded for less money, over all it is not a bad bow for a beginner,or as stated for a fishing bow, or just plain target practice but i know there are many other bow sets that have way more bang for the buck,that is why i only gave it 4 stars was due to the price of this kit, a little on the high side for what you are getting.
