I've been using this programmable garage door opener for several months now, and it's been outstanding. Setup was fast and easy—programming took just a few minutes with clear instructions. It Worked!!! I was so excited when my granddaughter came over and I handed it to her and she and her husband went to work! I had bought a home with only one opener, and it was inconvenient with 2 of us, I am older and it didn't make sence to me, BUT when they got here ot was only a little while and garage door opened right up and closed again!!! I have a 30 year old Genie door opener. My last remote gave up the ghost and I could not set up the Homelink in our new vehicle with the aftermarket remote we were using.
After consulting with the Genie website to see if there was a a replacement available, I ordered this unit.
It was easy to program the remote to the opener. When I tried to set up the Homelink in the car, it went perfectly on the first attempt.

Worried that an old Genie opener had disappeared -- 30 years old!  But the Genie rep online told me what to get, and it works perfectly.. My husband had to set it up but....so happy with it.

This remote apparently is an updated one from one that I purchased from a box store few years ago. Easy set up and use

Simple to install. The perfect replacement for the two older models that that just wore out. I am very pleased! Thank you.

It's really easy to program and use. The button is easy to press and it seems to have a nice range. There are cheaper options, but this one seems well built.

Great Garage Door Remote

Apparently this remote was on the shelf too long. The battery was no good, like dead.

Got 12 position DIP. Copied DIP pattern from original remote. Cannot program it per directions on sheet or from internet info.  Tried all modes and reset the default per directions. Still cannot program device.
