After extensive research of the ingredients in gentle giants I find it is high quality, and has never been on a FDA warning or recall. This food is doing great for my 6 dogs. Two of my dogs did have problems with itching ( 1 Husky, 1 Smooth  Collie), now there is no itching and their coats shine great, even our white Rough Collie.

We have 2 older dogs. Both were starting to act like old dogs. Laying around, sleeping all the time, lazy. We started them on Gentle Giant at the recommendation of a friend. With in a week they started acting like their old selves again. Running around, playing and having fun again. Our vet is amazed at their progress.

We highly recommend this dog food.

I did a lot of reading up on dog food and had never seen this one advertised. after more research i found  gentle giants to score very high. The creator and his wife came up with the recipe. and to date there have been 0 recalls. unlike almost ALL other so called high end dog food.

Great for puppy and old dogs as well.

My son swore by this food and I have continued feeding to his dogs after he passed

Pleased beyond belief after being referred to this product and trying it with my 3 mixed breed different ages pups - they have quickly adjusted (their stool tells the story) to "Gentle Giants" chicken ingredients with grain and is also visibly an incredible product.  The vet indicated statistics are showing greens are vital to a dogs being, so was motivated to change their diet back to a quality food with grains.  I have discovered two top quality AAFCO options which are available through Walmart subscribe and save.  It is appreciated and convenient as I have 3 large breed dogs and order large quantities at a time in an attempt to minimize frequency of deliveries.

Best dog food

Started giving this to our beagle puppy and shes thriving so far. now were back for another bag. she eats all of her food and begs for more. Super healthy and happy pup.

* we switched from Blue Buffalo btw, because she wouldn't eat all of it.

Great food at a Great price

All four of my dogs love this food! 
We have two Labs, and two Beagle's, and the Beagle's are the pickiest.

Walmarts shipping is poor.
We have had 50% of the bags of this food come damaged/ripped open because Walmart does not put it in a box.
If the product makes it to your house, FedEx will tape it closed.
