I had to pay attention to the directions because there were no illustrations on how to put it together I had to bend the pins for the thermostat to get it to connect properly for heat but I loved it. Easy to use and clean up plus I grilled chicken breast like I was restaurant lol

I love this product so much that I bought myself one and then I got my mom one to put on her small porch in her retirement community. I will recommend to anyone who wants something to do hot dog steaks, etc. great product.

I needed a larger size grill for convenience.  I like to cook and freeze summer vegetables, and this will be easier and save me time.  I will be using it indoors and on my outside porch.   I have been using the sandwich grill with removable plates and appreciate the quality made products that he endorses.  This new grill only needed to have the handle screwed into the top because I will be using it on a table outside and the kitchen counter.  Easy to clean makes it perfect!  Time to shop for burgers and steaks!

Perfect Grill for me!

I wanted to get a George Foreman grill like the original that has the top and bottom cook plates. U couldn't find anything with a large size like my original just smaller. Need to make the size if this grill like the original grill. That's what I really wanted.

This is a nice grill and, I think, designed to be used on a flat surface rather than the included stand.  The stand connection to the grill is a bit wobbly at best.

Good But Not Great

I got it extremely fast. I've used it a few times now for my meal preps and I LOVE it. I love that I made the investment into this grill. You can use it on the counter top or leave it on the stand which isn't so wobbly since it has a hook that latches to it but definitely have to be careful. The nonstick is awesome making it super easy to clean. Great product for a great price.

Great Investment

I like the grill, but there  were NO instructions, and the handle was broke.  I haven't used yet, still trying to put this grill together.

Still unsure

I wish the lid was hinged.  I don't know why I expected it to be.  And I didn't get any instructions with the shipment.  I don't even know if I put it together correctly-it seems a bit wobbly.  Not a great product, but ok for a little apartment grilling when I don't want to heat up my kitchen.  I wish the grill plate came off for cleaning, too.  Maybe I should have done more research before buying it. Couldn't shop very well due to stores being closed during corona virus pandemic.

This grill is very very wobbly when on the stand. So much do that I am not comfortable with it. 
In addition, the grill plates are not removable so it would be difficult to lift the entire grill into the sink to wash it.
The return policy says all returns must be in unopened condition. There's no way to know if you like it before it's put together. I've put everything back in the box and will contact the company to see if there's any way I can return it. I'll now spend the extra $$ and get a Weber.

There is no vent in the lid and it drips with greasy condensation all around the grill and makes your floor a mess!
