We use this nearly every day to cook chicken for our dog. Yes, you read right. He is spoiled rotten. This is our second one. We wore out the other one we had. The plates wouldn't snap on anymore and they were had to clean. This one is easy to clean  !you could wipe it clean with a couple paper towels.

This is my 4th Foreman grill in quite some number of years. They eventually succumb to the rigors of use and lose their non-stick quality. This latest incarnation is super slick.  I am propping the front feet to lessen the tilt as my food was sliding right off the grill faster than I could close the top. It preheats quickly, leaves nice sear marks and cleaning couldn't be easier unless it cleaned itself! The detachable grill plates remove easily and a light wash is all it takes. In the first 3 day I made turkey burgers, boneless chicken thighs and chicken breast. Flawless!

Foreman Grill just keeps getting better

I absolutely love my George Foreman 4-Serving Electric Grill! It's been a game-changer for weeknight dinners. The nonstick plates make cleanup a breeze—just pop them in the dishwasher and you're done. No more scrubbing stuck-on food! The grill heats up fast and cooks everything evenly, from juicy burgers to crispy paninis. I also appreciate the removable plates; they make it so easy to adjust the grill for different types of food. The compact size fits perfectly on my counter without taking up too much space. If you're looking for a reliable, easy-to-use grill that delivers great results every time, this is it. Highly recommend!

Kitchen Staple

This is DEFINITELY NOT the old Foreman Grill. I can't tell you how much I love the removable plates. The plates are easy to remove and easier to clean. The material on the plates is almost infallible to those old grease pile ups left on your cooking surface. And the price is great.

I don't know why it took so long for me to discover that George Foreman had a grill that the grills came off. Upon realizing this existed, I ordered it on walmart.com and picked it up the next day and I used it. The sizing is good for one to two people. This size isn't really big enough to cook for a family of four at one time I don't feel. It opens and closes easily. The grills come off and on easily for cleaning and are stable when cooking dishwasher safe as a plus they definitely make nice grill marks on steaks. It's easy to open and close on the hinge that's provided. I don't use it to make hamburgers, but I've used it to make steaks, salmon and chicken breast and all those came out well.

The grills are removable. It's a no-brainer.

I use this to cut back on grease on my meat mainly. I cook sausage, bratwurst, hot dogs, hamburger, chicken, and turkey burgers on it. Everything I use it for works just fine. This is my 4 foreman grill over the past 16 years. This one seemed really well made and works like any other Foreman grill.

Foreman Grill FTW

It's been years since I bought a Foreman Grill and now I'm glad the old unit quit because I got this new one about a month ago. I like it for a few reasons. The dishwasher safe removable plates are great. They are truly non stick anyway and clean up easy with a rag but to be able to pop them off easily and sanitize in the dishwasher is awesome. I like the grease catcher tray nesting into the nook which makes it less likely for clumsy me to spill the whole tray of grease on the counter. I like the hinged lid that allows for thicker foods on the grill. I cook 2lbs of ground sausage at once no problem and bam, I got fat reduced breakfast protein  for the entire week in 15 minutes.

This grill is a knockout!

Everything is exactly what you would want or expect. The non-stick is really good. Foods like melted cheese wipe right off. The only improvement is the drip tray isn't attached and the angle of the grill is a little steep. But neither of those things impact how well the grill works.

A great sandwich press for the money.

I've been using George Foreman grills for decades. My last one was the white family size. It still works great, but the non-stick coating is coming off, so I decided to "upgrade" to a newer model. I figured they probably improved this since I can't even remember how long ago we got the previous one. My old one cooks burgers in 3 - 4 minutes. This one takes closer to 8 minutes and you need to flip the burgers halfway through because it does not cook evenly. You can't fit 4 premade burgers from Walmart on this, only two. Well maybe if you reformed them into squares you might be able to fit four, but with the uneven cooking and the struggle to cook just two burgers, that's probably not a great idea. The removable plates are really slick, and the burgers want to slide right off. They are also really thin too (almost like a piece of tin) not cast iron like the previous model, which is why I think it does a much worse job of cooking. I seem have more of mess to clean up on the counter than with my previous grill as well. I think poor old George might turn over in his grave because this certainly isn't up to the previous quality. There's no way I'll have this one as long as my previous Foreman Grills.....I am already looking around for a better brand. Maybe if you never had any experience with the previous Foreman grills you might rate this higher.

I've had a George Forman grill for years. This replaced the one that was no longer heating properly. Same size, different color as they no longer make the red top version. I would not have purchased this one if I had known that the grease catching container no longer attaches to the grill. It just touches the underside of the grill, and if it isn't in the precise spot, the grease drips onto the surface under the grill. The old version slid under the grill and attached catching all the drippings with no problem.  I can't figure out why the manufacturer removed that feature especially when the grill is known for the feature  that food doesn't sit in the grease and runs down the channels on the heating surface.  I marked the rating down for this reason. Otherwise it's a great easy healthier way to cook. Makes great paninis and grilled cheese as well as any other meats and vegetables you'd like to grill. Washes up very easily,  no need to  put it in the dishwasher.

Not as good as the original!

This item is advertised as a panini press. It is not. A panini press either locks closed or has a heavy lid so that it can PRESS down on whatever you're cooking. This is flimsy, light weight, and the only way to press anything is to stand there and hold the lid handle and press down yourself. The only pluses I found are that the greas tray is a decent size and the cooking surfaces are easy to clean. If you buy this, I recommend using it near your exhaust fan or outside. It makes a lot of smoke.

Would not buy again
