One of the best investments we have made in a long time. We actually got rid of our electric Bar B Que and use the Geo. Foreman in its place. And boy , is it ever a breeze to clean up. Have recommended it to other family members and they are as excited about it as we are.

Love this forman as I had one for years, but my old one didn't have removable plates. The only 2 issues I have is: 

The slant is a little much as it makes it hard to keep food from sliding off.

The grease tray is not large enough if cooking 6 4 ounce burgers. They made the grease tray not as big, yet they made it reduce even more fat with a larger slant. That really does not make sense.

Otherwise this is one of my favorite devices to use. Still highly recommend it.

Easy to clean, but a little much of a slant

The surface of the grill is slippery. Food easily slips downwards. Could be fixed in product design by making the surface a little bumpy instead of fully smooth.

Appreciate the ceramic surface

Not impressed

This product is poorly sealed and poorly insulated. The plastic components,particularly the handle, will actually start to melt over time. And this is just cooking bacon and burgers at HALF setting. Not worth it. Nice grill plates though, I'm sure I can send them to my relative in South America to make something useful with.
