I washed these in cold water once after buying and ran through the dryer on medium temp. This caused them to shrink down so much they are unusable!
Picture shows underwear size as compared to a 2T/3T size from another brand (green stripe).

Shrank in wash

Not good, my toddler (2) hates these. They don't stay in place and don't fit her bum properly. Not enough coverage. They constantly have to be fixed/adjusted and even then she asks to take them off. Simple Joy by Carters on Amazon fit much better.

Wouldn't recommend

The inconsistency in sizing within a single pack of these underwear was laughable. Tight waistband and gaping leg holes on some pairs, and loose waistband and somewhat tight leg holes on others. In no way a secure fit for potty training toddlers. The width at the crotch is also insufficient in some pairs, about half the width that is necessary. Other pairs were okay. My daughter was complaining about these every time she had them on (bunching up, not staying in place, etc). 

The only star they get is for being 100% cotton, which is what I was looking for. Sadly everything else about them is poor. Spend the extra couple of dollars and purchase Fruit of the Loom (also at Walmart). I went back and purchased more of those. Unfortunately you cannot return underwear, so these will be going in the garbage and my money wasted.
