I purchased this product on the advice of a family member. He has had great results after owning for one year. The home is completely scent free despite having various pets in the home. I am looking forward to being in an odor-free environment and germ-free environment with the flu season around the corner.

The price is reasonable. Problems that I've had, like sniffles etc., have almost gone away. Maybe this happened because of the air purifier. All I know is that my symptoms that I had forever almost went away around the same time I made this purchase. I will definitely buy another. And, I have already recommended it to someone.

Great buy!

Already had one and the UV bulb went on. Definitely kills mold and can keep bread out of the refrigerator now, a week later no mold on bread which is usually a major problem during the summer months. Definitely decreases odors coming from clothes hamper as well. Definitely recommend this item. And, will be getting a couple more for other rooms.

Great Air Sanitizer and mold killer!

I was amazed at how this device eliminated strong odor from the cat litter box. When I unplugged the device, the smell came back in about 10-20 min, so I know it really works.

Affordable air purifier that works!

Love this. It plugs into wall socket and takes away odors. The blue light show's that it is on and working.  It has a slight hum but not too loud. I wish I knew about this before.  Amazing little product for the price.  Will buy another

Takes away odors

I plugged it in a room that was recently painted, the smell of the fresh paint gave me nasal allergy, since I received it and plug it in the next day I didn't have the allergic reaction. And the smell of the fresh paint vanished.

I noticed the difference in the environment.

I've only had the GermGuardian Air Sanitizer and Deodorizer for about a week and I have noticed a some change in the air quality. I put it in the kitchen right by the sink and stove where my hubby likes to fry a steak for the dogs evening meal and he can work up a lot of smoke in the room. Initially I can smell the smoke but maybe 10 minutes later nothing. So I think this little gadget is doing its job.

It cleared my sinus problem, although I don't know know if it's allergys. The fan noise takes a bit to get used to, but not bad. A satisfied customer. Thanks.

I love this product. The germguardian Pluggable UV-C Air Sanitizer is very good . I noticed the difference after 24 hours. When I sleep at night my breathing is much better. I am getting at least 2 more for my home.

Really makes a difference

The product works and is well thought out, and I especially appreciated the adjustable plug that allows the unit to be mounted vertically regardless of the orientation of the outlet. However, the unit is not "whisper quiet" as advertised, and instead can be readily heard. The advertising for this item did not indicate that the bulb needs to be replaced when it burns out, and that should have been made clear. Only average overall.

Good product but noisier than expected.

I purchased this to sanitize the air in the back room where the litter boxes are kept, but I honestly can't say it's doing anything other than making noise. Some people claim it deodorizes the air or reduces allergies, but I haven't noticed any changes in the air quality in that back room.
I have a traditional air cleaner in my living room that makes a noticeable difference in the air quality of that room, but I can't say the same for this little UV cleaner. I'll keep it in the hopes that it's actually working, but I suspect it's not doing much at all.
