Fell in love with dishware at a beach rental. Ordered my own set as soon as I got home. Looks beautiful, and just feels sturdy.

This is a gift for a bridal shower so I haven't opened it..however it seems well packaged.

We bought these this summer and while they arrived beautiful and substantial, they quickly were marked up by our stainless steel flatware. Our everyday flatware - high quality stainless steel we have had for years - leaves marks on all the plates. We have no other dishes that this is an issue. Does not come off with alternate soap or cleaning methods. Unfortunately, I don't recommend these dishes because of this.
