[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to rate the Gillette Fusion razor with 5*****'s because I really love it and will continue to use this razor until I find another one that works this well and is prices this well and leaves me as happy or happier after shaving...SO WELL!!! I have never had a "steady" razor to speak of and usually buy what ever is on sale when it comes to disposables, but that my friends is a thing of the past!!! I have fallen in love with Gillette's Fusion razor and plan on letting all my friends know they need to get in on this action as well, and that they WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! Great JOB GILETTE!!!! Why are the blades so hit and miss? I'll have a pack of 4 that are perfect! They cut close, no irritation, etc. But then I'll start a new pack and they are absolutely trash! And I would say 1 out of 5 blades are like this. There has to be some kind of a gap in quality control somewhere. And the blade on the very top is useless. I've accidentally cut myself several times.

Hit and miss

I've been purchasing this brand for over 15 years. These past 4 to 5 years, the quality has gone down the drain. I've also noticed that I'm getting less shaves per cartridge. 6 to 7 before It starts pulling cutting and feeling dull. For the price Im paying you'd think an easy 20 shaves. I don't have thick hair and also just a goatee. Your  price is ridiculously over priced but you for look at that or quality anymore huh

Cheaply made

Overnight the quality of these blades has disappeared. I've been using Gillette Fusion blades for over a decade and the only problem was as ever the high cost but I was willing to pay it for the smooth shave. I just bought a 12 pack from a store and they started hurting my face after three shaves. The new type of lubrication strip curls up very quickly. I can't believe these have gone so totally downhill in such a short period of time. Cheated!

Suddenly, They Suck

Something changed. I've been using the Fusion blade for years and it consistently provided the smoothest, closest, most comfortable shave on the mass market. 

The new heads that have been slowly rolling out (the ones with the smaller orange bottom strip with holes) are terrible. 

I thought I was going crazy that I had 2 days worth of visible, itchy stubble the day after shaving (I usually can go 3 days without shaving with the original Fusion blade), until I looked online and am seeing the same complaints from hundreds of users. 

I still have one of the original blades. I tried them two shaves back to back and the original produces a profoundly better, longer last shave. 

You screwed up Gillette and need to bring back the old blade. Whatever you did to inevitably cost cut this revised blade was a disaster. It's not even close.

Newly Designed Refills Provide a Terrible Shave

I have been a long time user of your shaving products from the sensor excel to mac 3 y i recently purchased the new fusion with the orange pad. My first use with this new blade was disconcerting. It felt as if I was using a couple week old blade. The new ones usually glide on my face for the first week. I had to look at the blade and make sure I didn't put one of the old ones. i brought a new blade also tht also tha same , not sharp at all, now i will try another brand
