I like it because it has 5 coated blades for a smooth shave and a moisture strip that activates when wet releasing a protective glide that helps protect your skin from nicks, cuts, and shaving irritation. I have to say I didn't get any cuts. Any of the times I used this Gillette Smooth Miami Midnight razor, and I always cut myself somewhere every time I shave normally. I would definitely recommend this razor for everyone out there to try it.

First, let me provide a little TMI…I am a hairy human who absolutely hates body hair. With that being said, I consider myself a bit of a razor connoisseur. I have tried them all, from regular women's razors to straight blades. I have tried drug store brand, high end and subscriptions. So, take my word when I say this is a really good razor! I did not cut myself or get any razor burn, thank goodness! The Gillette Venus Extra Smooth Miami Midnight Razor is very smooth and a nice clean shave. It contoured to my body nicely and I really liked the moisturizing gel. While I don't really care what it looked like, it was cute. The only thing I wish it would have had was a little bit of grip to the handle. But, it didn't slide out of my hand or anything. Again, really nice razor and I do really like Gillettes blades. I will be purchasing Gillette Venus razors in the future.

I don't get any razor bumps. Which is amazing! I love the gel around the razor as well. It softens your legs. Perfect razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor feels awesome gliding across my skin. They didn't lie when they said it's extra smooth. My legs feel just as smooth as a baby's bottom. I love the fact that it has comb teeth to guide the hairs. The handle is interchangeable with other cartridges made by this brand, which is a plus for me. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved Gillette Venus razors! And getting to try this beautify Extra Smooth Miami Midnight razor was great! The handle is so beautiful and it comes with a holder that sticks to the wall in the bathtub and makes it easy to use and the holder prevents the razor from sticking on the counter as these razors have smoothing ribbons to prevent irritating the skin. I love that the razor comes with a replacement head as well for when the original gets dull, which won't happen any time soon as this razor has 5 blades for a very close shave!

5 blades and beautiful razor handle

Not much was wrong with this other than I don't think it cut as close as some razors I've used before. But it does a very sufficient job, the colors are beautiful. I love that it has five razors! Razor works pretty well!

And I really love the results of this razor. I got a really close, smooth shave. But I'm not a fan of the actual handle on this one because it slides around in my hand too much. It's difficult to grip for some reason, so that is a little annoying. But the razor itself is amazing! I would definitely recommend Gillette Venus razors but maybe not this particular handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great razors. They provide a close shave and even after two uses I haven't gotten any razor bumps that other razors typically give me. The only downside for me was the holder it came with wouldn't stick to my wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice razor. Glides along with ease and shaves great. I used it on my legs and arm pits and was very pleased. It didn't irritate my skin either. Handle is stylish and a good weight but knocked it down 1 star only because the grip (for me) was a bit short. I would have liked it to extend or moved down further on the inside of the razor for a better grip.

The first time I used it I let my legs grow out for a few days so I could get a truly accurate result. I really wanted to love this product as it's affordable & I would've loved to have found a cheaper brand to switch to as razers can be expensive. I did notice my leg felt prickly immediately after using & I did notice burning sensations in the areas in which I used this. I always use proper before/after-care (exfoliate/ shaving cream/hydrate) as no razer will do well under certain conditions, but it didn't seem to help with this razer. The irritation was minimal, but present enough that I felt minor discomfort for a few days following use. It definitely doesn't shave close enough to leave a completely smooth path behind. Also felt like the blade dulled super fast or wasn't sharp enough to start with which could be the cause.

One thing I do love is the packaging. That is something that would draw me to this product immediately if I had been shopping & seen it. I also really LOVE the holder that it came with for the shower. I will probably keep that and put it to use regardless of not continuing use of this product.

Overall, the razer is useable and serves its purpose on top of being super cute. But, I definitely wouldn't drop my favored brand for this product as the performance was just average. I am pleased to have been able to try this product regardless 🩷

First use, I was nicked several times (something that never happens with my other razors) and broke out in a severe. That aside, the razor was very comfortable to hold and I loved the little shower stand that it came with! If you have more sensitive skin, this razor may not be for you
