I'm only 21 and my doc told me I have arthritis. He suggested I start using one of those jelly filled mouse pads to support my wrists when I use the computer, so I got one. I don't want to risk having carpel tunnel so it's definitely worth it. Takes a bit of getting used to, but hopefully it pays off!

I have carpal tunnel and more painfully, severe thumb arthritis/joint deterioration. 
My job requires extensive keyboard and mouse use. Thankfully, I found this supportive wrist rest for keyboard and mouse.
It is a nice memory foam rest that makes my work less painful and lots more comfortable. 
I highly recommend this for comfort and prevention of carpal tunnel.

Makes tasks less taxing

I really am enjoying this Wrist rent and Mouse pad. It is really comfortable and my wrist and hands don't seem like they get as tired and uncomfortable.  They are really good quality. The memory foam springs back easily after use.

I enjoy playing games using the mouse pad a lot. Mouse goes smoothly. The keyboard rest helps my wrist relieve, and makes typing more relaxed.

Mouse pad is really great, however the keyboard wrist rest is way too short for a standard keyboard unless your elbows bend the opposite of mine. A bargain?, well, not so much.
