Ideal for packing small items or a few meals.

Lids may not seal properly or take time to seal, causing product loss.

These jars are great! I prefer them to the Ball jars. They fit well in the canner rack and are very sturdy. So far I have not had any breakage in the canners. The lids are a bit thick and take longer to seal than the flimsy Ball ones. I never have trouble with them sealing in the long run, but none of that satisfying pop. All in all, I think they are a great value and a good solid product,

I love my jars! I used them for a very special project and they were a Hit! They also cost efficient, better than paying  $1 each at the dollar store.

Love Them!

These jars were perfect for the price. Off brand that cost less than buying the Ball brand. Couldn't find in store so ordered online with the shipping pass.  Used for bridal shower gifts for the guests. Decorated and put popcorn mix in.

Great pint size jars

I purchased these containers to make calming jars with the students in my class. The wide neck made them easy to fill with glitter and glue without too much mess and the clear sides without any embossing give a perfect view when the jar is shaken up.

Perfect for calming jars

I bought these for mason jar snow globes for Christmas gifts, and they worked perfectly. Not too big, but also not tiny.

Great product all around

Use these as keep sakes for our guest at my moms bday dinner. Easy to use and not too much work. Love them because I used them on a few holidays before the party.

Mom turns seventy

The problem with these jars is twofold.  The lids are thinner metal so it does not seem as easy to see if the vacuum seal is good.  Secondly, like all of the jars now, they do not come in a carton that you can seal up for storing and protecting the jars from breakage and dust.  The boxes of all brands are barely strong enough to get them home.  Buying boxes that fit quart or pint jars is very expensive.  So if you have shelves to put all the jars on loose, that's good.  If you would like to be able to stack the boxes with jars it's not going to happen with these.

These "jars" are as good a the other brand...

The jars are ok.  I like the blue hue.  But, the lids are on so tightly when I get them that they are sealed to the jar, and at least one lid in each box is flawed.  They are also not exactly the correct size to fit the jars.  You have to make sure the lids are exactly in the right place before tightening the ring.  I've had them be a little off center and not seal.  The lids should always fit the jar exactly.

Canning jars

While the jars themselves are good and sturdy for canning the lids that come with the jars are horrible.  The first time I used them to can snap beans the lids warped so I had to replace the lids and reporcess them.  I replaced the lids thereafter before canning.  I tried just yesterday again to can tomatoes and they warped also so had to replace lids and reprocess.

Glass part of but lid is terrible

Bought these because they are smooth-sided jars. Never again! Out of 4 cases, every single lid (yes 48 lids) failed! I am now going to be up late tonight re-processing everything with other lids so I don't loose all my hard work to spoilage. I am an experienced canner (12+ years) so I know it was not an issue with my process. I did can other items today as well with Ball and Golden Harvest lids with no issues. If you buy these jars, use different lids!
