i haven't ever seen anything except a pop up trundle.  When I saw this, I loved it!  We are more than thrilled with it.  It is super strong.  Very easy to put together.  Easy to put up and down.  Fits perfectly under my beautiful cherry sleigh day bed.  It's exactly what I have been looking for.  I highly recommend this trundle.  It's far superior to a pop up.

It's ok.  The things I think could be better are there's nothing to hold the mattress in place and there should be something covering the metal the mattress rests on.  We're thinking about using plywood but not sure whether that woll stay in place.

On the fence

Only thing I don't like with this item is that there is nothing to hold the mattress in place. There should be a raised lip around the edge or some way to hold the mattress in place.

One flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trundle bed shipped quickly %26 was super easy to put together. It has a good design so that it pops up and feels less like a temporary bed. It is also easy to slide away for storage.

This is super convenient!! Our current trundle sits on the floor, and it's hard to get up out of bed. Adding this piece is helpful and it's a bonus that it also is on wheels, so it easily rolls under the trundle like our previous piece did!
