I use this product to automatically control the lighting of my living room. Good product, adjustments not quite done to the point (minimum intensity with LED strip difficult to determine) I would have liked to have the same product, BLACK, in order to match the black backsplash of my kitchen and control the LED strip under cabinets.

Globe Electric Company

Globe is slow to update the firmware. On return to the mains after a breakdown the lamp lights 100%, impossible to change the functionality. This situation is not desirable and no option to program the behavior of the back-end strangely other devices sold by Globe on this option. What is Globe waiting for?

Problem after power outage

Dimmer switch constantly un-pairs and needs to be reset at the panel. Waste of your time and money. App is also no good.

Money waster

I wasted hours trying to reset the device and get it connected to the app. My phone connects to set up the device, then the APP just spins for ever. I can no longer connect. Even with the app that appears up to date.

Failed after less than a year. I wasted hours

Ai acheté 3 plaques murales dont 2 qui ont fonctionné pendant quelques jours puis les lumières se sont mises à clignoter sans raison.  3e plaque ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai du la retourner et en prendre une nouvelle qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus.  Dans l'intervalle j'ai laissé 3 messages téléphoniques et un courriel.  Je n'ai eu aucun retour. J'ai tout débranché et retourné.  Globe ? Non merci !

Ne fonctionne pas.  Pas de service non plus

J'utilise des produits de Globe electric depuis quelques années et globalement, je suis satisfait. Par contre, pour cet interrupteur, je vraiment déçu. Il a fonctionné correctement pendant quelques jours et après il s'est mis à allumé les lumières n'importe quand. J'ai contacté le support et j'ai obtenu une réponse après 3 semaines .. qui n'a aucun résultat. J'ai donc remplacé l'interrupteur de Globe par un de marque Leviton ( qui fonctionne très bien ). Pour mes futurs achats, je vais considéré des produits de marque Leviton !

Produit très décevant - Service très médiocre

I bought this item a year and a half ago! At first it worked well but started to light up on its own. I thought it was due to the distance from the wifi network! So I installed it in the house, and after a month, it started to light up again at any time

Works well, a few months

At first everything worked well. Then suddenly the lights went on alone. No more way to turn them off. I want to contact my gladiator, but nothing does. My cell phone detected it but Globe refuses to connect it. I am so disappointed with this product. Never again Globe.

Dimming so much

I bought this product in January 2024 from Canac. What a bad product. If you touch the dimmer for a few seconds it goes into programming/twinning mode and becomes impossible to close the light without a reassociation with the program.

Intelligent dimmer

3 seconds holding disconnect a device and reconnecting does not work for hours. Light is inoparable at that time.
