I keep this on hand for recipes I find that specifically call for it; many GF recipes will mention this brand. Walmart's price point is better than my local stores (Publix, Sprouts and Fresh Market). Bob's red mill quality is great and we use the brand for other things too (baking soda etc). In comparison to other GF flours, I'd say read the ingredients and be mindful if you need xanthum gum or not mixed in and if recipes recommend a certain brand for accurate results

My husband is new to celiac disease. I love that Bob's red mill one to one  flour allows me to use my existing recipes that he likes. And most of the recipes so far he noticed no difference in flavor or consistency. As with all gluten-free products it is a little pricey, so I stock up when it's on sale.

Terrific. This is delicious. I do not find the aftertaste or chalkiness others mentioned.  I had tried another cup-for-cup brand and found it produced a gummy, sticky batter that remained gummy after baking. This produced the fudgey quality I expect of the dense walnut brownie recipe I use. In fact, they were so good I went digging in the trash to recheck the bag and make sure I had bought and used the correct GF flour. I also made applesauce basic muffins with this Bob's Gluten-Free flour and those came great as well. First-time user. Now a raving fan. Thanks Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour!

So much easier than making a flour mix.

Works great for baking.  I can't tell the difference between items made with this and wheat flour.  We use it for homemade pizza, cakes, cookies, muffins, pies, etc. and all are excellent.  

My wife and son both have celiac and Bob's makes it possible to enjoy good quality baked items.

The best gluten free flour we've found.

I use this gf flour as a substitute in all of my baking ( not yeast dough items) cookies, bars, brownies- they all turn out great. I just follow the regular recipe and sub this. Also makes the best gf waffles and pancakes. Don't buy box mixes please. It's a waste of money.

Super great for recipes

Bob's Red Mill is my go-to for gluten free baking. Their 1 to 1 flour makes it easy to bake gluten free-just substitute it in for your normal flour. We've never had reactions to any of their products, because they ensure they always use a gluten free line I love that Bob's Red Mill is an employee-owned company and really focus on making quality products.

easy to use, measures like regular flour with no special things to do. texture and taste very similar to regular flour.

Used to make pizzelles for friends who are gluten free. Tasted perfect just as it would with regular flower. Well worth it. Will buy again. Friends loved the pizzelles and were grateful for gluten free  treat.

For those who are on the gluten free express Bob's Red zmill gluten free baking flower is close to the taste, smell of normal enriched flower. the texture is a bit finer tho. the best replacement I have found. makes excellent cookies.

I thought this flour was great until I wasted 9 cups of it trying 2x to make gluten free bread. My recipe was correct but both times it ended up refusing to rise %26 like a lump of play-doh. After talking to a friend who makes gluten free bread I found out that Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour does not like yeast. Funny how the advertising on the package states 1:1 %26 claims it works great in all of your favorite recipes. Highly aggravated that I wasted so much money on a product that doesn't do what it claims to do. After going to their website, Bob's Red Mill states that the flour is best in non yeast recipes. Nice that they don't have that on the package so consumers know. I'll never buy it again.
