I'm new to cooking Indian food, so some of the spices/steps can seem overwhelming and confusing. I love that she explains and writes detailed instructions, but also that the recipes are simplified compared to others on the internet. Also, she has tips for how to be more efficient in cooking these, so that's super helpful. I love it, and my family thinks these dishes are so so yummy! Total win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cook book! I have been following her blog (twosleevers) for a while after being introduced to her as the Butter Chicken Lady. Every single thing I have tried for on her has been on point! I am so happy to have them in book format. Even my kids love everything we've tried!

The Butter Chicken recipe is on point. Tastes like restaurant quality and one of the easiest IP dishes I have made.
