This adjustable kettlebell is very easy to use and is a great space saver.

I'm just getting in to working out so this set is a good start. I don't need to take up space in my apartment with different weight sizes.

Space Saving and Easy to Use

Well built product. Only criticism is that the adjustable weights do not go up by even increments. Not possible to match with standard kettlebells. The handle and stock by itself is 7.4 lbs. The smallest weight is 4.6 lbs, so total is 12 lbs. Remove smallest weight and replace with 5.5 lbs, changes it to 12.9 lbs. Takes some math skill to increase increments.

Solid product

I used it for the first time today and noticed a few things. We'll start with the positive features:
-I like the wide handle, it doesn't squish my pinky fingers when I grip with both hands. It is also comfortable when gripping "horns up", the angle puts less pressure on your wrists.
-The adjusting/locking mechanism works great on mine. I like the idea of the latch sliding in & locking so I know I won't drop plates on my foot.
-The bottom of the kettlebell is coated in rubber, so it won't wreck your floor if you're working out in your house.

Now for the negative aspects:
-The whole unit is definitely not as smash-proof as a one-piece kettlebell. I throw my bells around a lot, especially when I'm exercising outside on the lawn, but I don't think this thing would survive too many drops even onto soft grass.
-Unless you're using all the plates, the edge of the stack of plates will dig into your forearm and make a bruise.
-The sheer size of this thing makes it impractical for some exercises, eg; halos are slightly more difficult because you need to hold it further away from your center of gravity so you don't take your own head off, which makes the exercise much more challenging. I guess that's the point though, it's not supposed to be easy!
-Because of the weird sizes of plates (there are 3 sizes, 2 x 4.6lbs, 2 x 5.5lbs and 2 x 6lbs), it would be nice if the box included a chart for which combinations of plates gives you which total weight. Also, because of the sizes there are a few "holes" in the adjustment range, eg; you can only make 7.8lbs or 12.4lbs, there are no possible combos in between. That being said, there are multiple possible combinations from 20lbs up to the full 40lbs in 0.5lbs increments, which is where most people will use this thing anyways.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the price and the quality seems good. I've seen similar adjustable kettlebells selling for 1.5~2x the price, so snap this up while you can!

Good value, decent quality

Easy to take off the weight but takes some practice putting them back in as they need to line up with the slot. Feels sturdy in the handle.  I haven't tried doing any of the "catch" motions (swing up and let it rotate on to wrist ) which might not work as easily as a real kettle bell due to its stacking nature.
