I wrap it around my neck after running it under cold water. The durability is tough and has a silky side and a mesh side. Its portability has the perfect container that has a clip to attach it to yourself or a bag. I'm definitely happy and glad I received one to try.

I have been using this cooling towel in place of the studios dry towels and it's great! Fits in my purse and stays cool. It stays cool for the whole hour long class.

It is breathable and easy to wash and clean. It travels well and is nice and compact. I keeps me nice and cool just when I need it. Overall a great product.

Great cooling towel!

It tends to get hot under the helmet and this has helped tremendously nothing like taking off your helmet and wrapping the cooling towel around your head.
Durability is no question this is very well made withstood the trial period and is still going. 
The absorbency is very well just soak the towel and wring it out.

A good cooling towel

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product for free from Influenster and GOZONE in exchange for my honest review.

A bit disappointing; it works as advertised but it's not what I expected. I'm currently just using this as a normal sweat absorbent towel. I definitely like how this towel is super lightweight and feels soft on the skin. As an added bonus, it provides UV protection, though no explicit UPF factor is indicated. This towel is marketed to be double-sided: the textured side cools while the smooth side is used to absorb sweat.

What's disappointing is that this "cooling" towel doesn't naturally feel or last cool like cooling blankets. You need to first wet this towel under cool water, which activates its cooling properties, for you to enjoy its cooling function while it's wet. This means that to enjoy this "cooling" towel during your exercise, you'll need access to cool water and to use it damp, which I wasn't too fond of. If you want to wipe your sweat with a dry towel, then you can only use this as a normal towel that's not "cooling" because contrary to what's described, this product doesn't stay cool for hours. It only stays cool until the towel dries, after which you'll need to repeat the process to cool it down again. This towel does get a lot colder than normal wet towels; not as cold as an ice pack but like a refreshing breeze. I like how it cools down my skin and feels very refreshing and comfortable to use after a workout. However, to be honest, both sides seemed the same to me. Both sides are absorbent and have the same degree of coolness whether wet or dry (i.e., textured cool side does not feel any cooler than the smooth sweat absorbent side).
