[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 5 year old loves to play Mattel's Goat Slingers Kid Game with Cliff Tower and Launcher.  She is very competitive and she laughs so hard playing this game and slinging those little goats.    It's her new favorite game to play .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a really fun game for the whole family while we are on COVID-19 lockdown.  My six-year old son has really enjoyed it, and its the first thing he wants to do with his Daddy after he is done with work.  I thought it would be impossible for my six-year old to get the goat in, but he does it every game--boosting his confidence and making the game achievable but not easy (which is no fun).  His Daddy enjoys it too since it is an easy game to play when he gets home that doesn't require a whole lot from him but is very fun.  The gameplay is quick in pace which is fun too.

The only thing I would say, is that the name leaves a little to be desired.  I can't think of better one, but I don't think the box and name do the fun of the game justice.  Its really a fun game, especially for the younger set but I don't know if you get a sense of that from the box.  I would also have preferred a top-loading box that was slightly larger as you kind of have to tetris the pieces in when putting the game away.

Easy fun during isolation

It was easy to put together and the has very clear instructions.  The game play was quick and fun but challenging.  We all thoroughly enjoyed playing this game together as a family.

My ten year old finally joined in the fun and he loved it to. I like it because it is so easy to set of and get the game going. Tons of fun.

Loads of fun

Super fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening this game, I thought it would be one of those games where you play it once or twice and then are done with it and I was wrong. It's challenging for all ages to keep you interested and can be more challenging when you add a third or 4th person to play. My child is already asking to play it again and I do suggest playing this on a hard surface rather than a carpeted floor.

Slingin' fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goat Slingers is a fun, simple game even younger children can enjoy. It was simple to set up and the launcher was easy for our 7 year-old to manage. The result: several minutes of flying goats! Our little guy lost interest pretty quickly but the older people had fun trying to figure out the best angles to achieve success. Overall, a fun game but it didn't hold the attention of our little guy.

Fun, simple game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The game was enjoyable: launching goats to land them on the mountain, but I wish there was more complex game play, such as having a board game where you earn opportunities to get a chance to launch the goats.  It does require a bit of skill to line up the goats, launch, and hope that they land where they should.  This aspect of the game makes it fun and very competitive as to who's the "best goat launcher."

Entertaining and Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good, eye catching packaging.  The game was easy to assemble and instructions were pretty straight forward.  My son (5) and husband got it all out and together, read through instructions but immediately all my son wanted to do was fling the goats.  We reeled him back in to focus on shooting them toward the tree to collect the game pieces.  Took some trouble shooting to figure out how far away and/or how much force to use to get the goat near the tree.  It bounces off a lot which was frustrating for our 5 year old.  He did eventually get the hang of it and play but honestly really just wanted to fling the goats across the table and see how far they could go.  Overall a cute, creative concept but at 5 it was more fun to not play the game and just shoot the goats around.  I couldn't imagine it holding attention with multiple 5 year olds.

Fun Concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we took this out of the box, my kids were so excited. They couldn't wit to sling their goats. Even though we are in the correct age range for the game, my kids found it a bit too challenging for them. They got frustrated easily because they felt they couldn't succeed at all. I thought the game was fun as an adult, but know it will be challenging for kids on the younger side of the age range (5-6 years). I was worried it wouldn't come apart to store in the box, but I was able to take the top back off when with a little force we were finished.
