The is a great product for anyone who wants to spend fun time with their kids and have a good workout while doing it without feeling as thought you are working out, or for anyone who wants to work up a sweat without having to go to a gym or run a mile. I really do enjoy this product.

Once you get started, it can be very addictive because it rates you and give you points as well as opens up more challenges as you progress which makes it very interesting and fun. I love it and my 10 and 8 yr olds can't get enough of it. Because of the new challenges that opens up after you have mastered a routine, myself and kids are competing with each other for better scores, and before you know it, we are doing it for several hours a day.
I must warn however, that you will be pretty sore in the rib, arms, shoulders, buttocks, thighs and in places you never knew you had muscles that work from just boxing. Only had it for a month and have been using it 5 times a week and have lost 2 inches on my waist and one inch on my hips. If I were to follow my kids, I will be using it 7 days a week.

I love this work out and think its much much better and effective than the Wii Fit for $60 & $90 bucks. This is a great product for the value.

I think this is a great product at a great price. It makes you work up a sweat!! Which is the point right! I had gotten a bit lazy after having the kids and recently bought a wii to get started with some fun exercise while the little ones were napping. I was so sore after using this. I could tell just how out of shape I was. HA! I like that it sets up a routine for you. I would definanly recommend this.

This game is great if you want to sweat! It is mostly shape boxing, but has a lot of variety and is really fun. I think this game along with the Wii Fit game is a perfect combination of workouts.

Very Good!! I love it!

This program was very reasonably priced and I use it often for a quick 15-30 minute cardio workout in the morning. It's fun and challenging. I don't necessarily use all the functions, testing, etc because I'm more interested in getting some quick cardio on demand. I have a little difficulty getting the ducking and turning to register without over dramatizing my hand movements but I'm not really in it for the points, I'm interested in the exercise. I have had this workout for about 3 years and haven't gotten board with it yet although I mix it up with my other workout routines.

This is a fun boxing workout. I haven't unlocked all of the games including the one that I bought it for jump rope but I am enjoying it.

Really cool game, I was not expecting it to be so cartoonish. You do need the balance board to do some of the stuff.

I carefully read the reviews of other customers to make sure I didn't need a Wii balance board and though you don't to use the product, you DO if you want to do any of the other excercises that aren't kick boxing. I did not like the product at all and quickly turned it into my local game shop for credit.

Great if you have a balance board
