She said that it breaks her heart, which is exactly how I feel about it! She helps parents learn how to help their children navigate in a great big world. This book may be helpful for someone who knows nothing about psychology or healing, but for those that recognize hurt people hurt people this book is just a lot of common sense scenarios. There is maybe one chapter of the whole book that is useful.

Buy it if you like paying for common sense
