Great show

Disk 1 of the final season has a different show recorded.  Can I get a replacement disk

Box set of DVD is incomplete.

The dvds are not watchable.  VERY DEFECTIVE AND POOR QUALITY.  Tried on different dvd players and tvs
This is not the first time I  have to return product to this seller.   Not a simple process either. 
Avoid this headache.
